Referral Program – Rules & Regulations

 

Eligibility

• Offer valid for customers who complete a qualifying new or pre-owned vehicle purchase from Mission Hills Nissan.

• One (1) free Adam’s Garden One-Year Membership per vehicle purchase.

• Membership is valid for one (1) child only.
  The complimentary or promotional membership applies exclusively to a single registered child. Any additional child must purchase a separate membership at the current advertised rate. Memberships may not be shared or transferred between children.

• Membership may be used Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM during regular operating hours.

• Membership excludes special events, ticketed events, private parties, and after-hours programming.

 

Referral Code Requirement

• Customer must present a referral code upon arrival to Mission Hills Nissan and before purchase.

• Referral code cannot be applied retroactively.

 

 Membership Activation

• Adam’s Garden membership must be activated by calling Adam’s Garden no earlier than 7 days after the vehicle sales contract is finalized.

• Proof of qualifying purchase may be required.

• The complimentary Adam’s Garden One-Year Membership must be claimed and activated within thirty (30) days of the vehicle sales contract finalization date.

• Failure to claim the membership within the 30-day period will result in forfeiture of the promotional offer.

Redemption Limitations

• Offer is non-transferable, no cash value, and may not be combined with other Adam’s Garden promotions, discounts, or referral offers.

• Certain specials, incentives, or promotions offered by Mission Hills Nissan may not apply in conjunction with this referral program.

Usage Terms

• Membership benefits subject to Adam’s Garden membership policies, hours of operation, blackout dates, and capacity limits.

• Membership covers general admission benefits only and does not include private events, birthday parties, or special ticketed events unless otherwise stated.

 

Expiration

• Referral code must be redeemed within the promotional period and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
